Get away from the Summer heat and join us in the beautiful high-elevation mountains of Southern Utah (10,000 ft), where we will practice bringing loving-mindfulness into our relationships and daily lives.

This is an invitation to slow down during the busy, fast-paced, adventure-filled Summer season, and connect again with your deepest values and intentions.

Of all the retreats I offer, this is the “lightest” and “most playful.” It also provides a space for us to connect deeply to others, to our inter-being and shared humanity.

We will balance our days with short inter-connected practices of non-dual awareness and lots of play and adventure, so we can bring this open-hearted awareness back to our home and work.
